Shshank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and has over Sixteen years of professional experience in the areas of IT and ITES, Outsourcing transition and Management  consulting.  He worked with numerous non-profit organizations specializing in Leadership and motivational training.

A Graduate in Science & Computer Programming from Bombay University, His key focus since last 25 years has been on identifying growth opportunities in new markets and devising winning strategies and implementing the same at ground level and has been extensively involved across diverse business sectors. His opulent experience in managing the distribution network in the IT & Telecom sectors makes him a key driver in this profession .

Before coming on board, Rick has also owned and operated his own successful financial services company in two countries, owned and operated his own cellular store location and has been a consultant to the direct sales industry for many years. He is currently based in LA.

During the last 15 years, Ranjeet has headed the operations division of IT education; ITES and BPO organizations which included Operations, Client servicing, Business development, Relationship management and soft skill training. His forte has been Business process re-engineering and Process improvement. In his last assignment , he was an Associate director at WNS and was felicitated with the Best Performer award for year 2007-08. Previous to WNS, he worked with GTL and Aptech.

Mangesh holds a MBA degree in Marketing and is specialized in Advertising and Online Search Optimization Engines. His last position was in the Sr. Management with 411.ca Local Corp, Canada. Previous experiences include 6 years of senior positions within Entertainment and Music industry, to name a few highlights- Executive with Warner India and Director of Operations for Music-curry
